MIM’s MBA with project management emphasis program has a mission to equip professionals from diverse industries with systematic knowledge and advanced practical skills necessary to lead teams involved in functional and project management activities within domestic and multinational organizations, under competitive and uncertain conditions.
The program’s supporting objectives include understanding the business environment and stakeholders, evaluating short and long-term projects integrated into the overall system of entity’s operations, and creating a positive impact on society through awareness of sustainability goals.
Master of Business Administration is a globally recognized degree pursued by most of the managers’ population worldwide. MIM’s MBA degree is the only one in Ukraine which has tree international accreditations at once – AMBA, BGA and IQA by CEEMAN.

My managerial approaches changed completely when I started MIM’s MBA. First of all, I understood that I need to focus on strategy rather than on operations. Secondly, I started acting as an outside consultant to my company. After I switched gears the performance of the business increased.
You do not often get a chance to discuss business with the unbiased experts. I was offered a variety of good ideas for my business within the framework of the Living Cases. Many of them are being implemented. I was also lucky to learn about some bottlenecks which I could not see because I was the [art of those processes. Independent view of an outsider always helps. Due to conversations with my classmates, I generated new ideas for my business.
We were all captivated by the Global Management Game simulation. We worked around the clock to find right solutions and make the best moves in the game. Winning over the teams from all over the world proved the advantages of studying at MIM.
Thank you MIM for the unique international study tour which was designed at delivered for us at Carnegie Mellon University. It was a good blend of academic courses on soft skills and visits to the companies that were growing fast. I was inspired and implemented a lot of ideas into our company’s activities.
During my admission interview, one of the professors asked about my expectations. I said that I expected the “wow-effect” and even some discoveries. I am happy to say that I experienced both “wow-effects” and discoveries at MIM. I started a new chapter of my business life when I was a student.
Studies are critical for both learning and systematizing the existing knowledge in such areas as marketing, corporate law, corporate governance, law and markets, and business regulatory framework. I apply my new knowledge and skills at my job to improve the Ukrainian economy and make our lives better
