Dakor, a prominent publisher of legal literature released Scientific-Practical Commentary to the Civil Code of Ukraine. Volodymyr Pospolitak, head of the MIM-Kyiv humanities department authored the article on recovery of ownership rights to the lost shares to bearer. 

“This is not a new article. However, the new law on capital and commodity markets came into effect on July 1 and changed dealing in securities. My commentary introduces those changes,” Volodymyr Pospolitak said.
