On February 21, Vitaly Deynega, an MBA graduate from MIM-Kyiv in 2020, was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, responsible for digital transformations.

Before his appointment, Vitaly founded the "Come Back Alive" foundation in 2014 and worked in the IT industry. In 2019, he collaborated with MIM-Kyiv to develop a specialized program for the military. Following the full-scale invasion, Vitaly launched "The Ukrainian Witness" project.
