04 July 2018

Dr. Oleksandr Sudarkin, MIM’s professor and pre-MBA Management & Leadership program is back from the International Management Teachers Academy (IMTA) established by the CEEMAN to develop the new age faculty.

“”IMTA is like a fresh air,” Oleksandr said. “25 professors from different countries were making teaching business as exciting as doing business. I couldn’t even imagine that reading 200 pages in two weeks could be so much fun. Thanks for the drive, inspiration and new skills!”

IMTA program was launched in 2000 in Bled, Slovenia. Since then more than 600 business schools professors from all over the world has taken the course. Learning the latest trends, sharing ideas, exchanging experience and mastering new competencies made the IMTA the destination to come for young faculty.

MIM professors have participated in IMTA since the very beginning. Prof. Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM’s president, Dr. Oleksiy Vynogradov, MIM’s VP, Dr. Serhii Voronov, Management and Economics Department professor, and many others are among IMTA alumni.
