In late January MIM-Kyiv launched its corporate program for Vitagro, one of the national leading agriholdings. This program has been developed to meet the specifics of the company and is delivered on-site in the town of Khmelnitsky.

Recently the company has grown considerably and had to face a number of challenges any successful entrepreneurial company faces. Furthermore, Vitagro people had to solve new set of problems called by the new scale of business. Mr. Serhiy Labasyuk, honorary president of the Company and member of Verkhovna Rada (the Parliament) mentioned that developing people means growing business. He said that to being adequate with the fast-changing environment is constantly calling for new skills and new knowledge. “MIM-Kyiv is the school which opens the right doors and new avenues for people and businesses,” said he.

MIM-Kyiv has a history of successful cooperation with agribusiness. The school’s activities in the sector ranges from teaching founders, top executives and managers of the most successful companies to participation in the development of the Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development 2015 – 2020 recently adopted by the Council of Reforms in Ukraine. Currently, agribusiness is recognized as one of the top national economic drivers. Thus, bringing agricultural executives to the new level of expertise is more than delivering a program but rather contribute to the societal development.
