MIM-Kyiv hosted the workshop on hiring best performers. Mr. Valery Hlubochenko, founder and CEO of the “InforManager” group of companies was the key speaker. 4 main areas of candidates’ assessment and testing approaches were in the main topics of the workshop.

Mr. Holubochenko thinks that firstly candidates should be assessed against 4 criteria including motivation, personal qualities, knowledge and ability to contribute. In particular, he offered his own scales and approaches for measuring those qualities. He also discussed the importance of references and interviewing candidates’ previous employers. He also stressed that detailed hiring procedures are another key of successful hiring.
Workshop’s participants recognized the advices from the founder of one of the national HR and training leader very useful and approaches workable.
