Oleksandr Sudarkin, the director of the MIM-Kyiv MBA program, recently conducted a communication training session for the faculty of the SBU (Security Service) Academy. This is a great example of academic collaboration, where professors from different educational institutions share their knowledge and skills.

"We started our program with a leadership discussion, as several program directors participated in the training. They face similar challenges to ours, such as dealing with other professors, motivation, and student engagement. Our second class focused on communications in the academic environment, where we discussed professional communication tools, discourse and emotion management, argumentation structuring, and persuasion techniques. I was impressed by our colleagues' engagement," said Oleksandr Sudarkin, a professor of communications.

Although the educational objectives for businesspeople and security officers are very different, the audience recognized the value of the tools presented during the training. "It was a very professional discussion," underscored Oleksandr.
