MIM-Kyiv faculty accomplished the Training for Trainers course which was the first module of the Fundamentals of Business Creation and Management program delivered to the managers and employees of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajinvest”, trainers of the State Business Incubator of Tajikistan, and industry representatives in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. All the participants were mastering the training skills to help the domestic entrepreneurs better present their businesses to the potential investors. 

Oleksandr Sudarkin, MIM-Kyiv’s MBA program director, mentioned how engaged the seasoned professionals were in the training and how ready they were to master the new skills: 

I did my best to share my pedagogical knowledge and skills which I believe is a good match to their business expertise. I hope that after this training they will be able to become teachers themselves and disseminate their experiences.

MIM-Kyiv‘s seven month long program in Tajikistan is supported by the GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit  GmbH) for and due to the efforts of the Tajinvest SUE. Khurshed Mirzo, CEO, and Javokhirlal Muzaffari, managing director of the Tajinvest participated in the course and could re-assess their team. 

We'd like to thank MIM-Kyiv for the comprehensive information. I was much surprised by our people as well. Oleksandr Sudarkin was very good at helping and evaluating our team's knowledge and skills. For us, it is a chance to see our strengths and weaknesses. I’d like to mention that participants were expertly selected by Achim Siegert, the GIZ representative. That makes the training effective. The program exceeded our expectations. On behalf of Tajinvest and the State Committee of Investments and State Property Management, I would like to express my most sincere gratitude.
