Dr. Robert Fursman, founder of the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) Ukraine and co-founder of the Global Synergy Group shared his facilitation for business experience with MIM-Kyiv’s community. His experience in cultural management of the American towns combined with his special skills contributes a lot to the national local government system reform.

Dr. Fursman degree is in organizational behavior. He said that employees’ involvement improved companies’ performance and encouraged cross-functional communications. Dr. Fursman mentioned that the ToP or technology of participation was the highly applicable method which was good for strategizing, troubleshooting and even for job interviewing as it helped to spare no detail.
