20 April 2021

MIM-Kyiv launched the webinars series for Ukrainian public security and defense officials, participants of the Professional Development Program Ukraine – NATO.

The program focuses on strategic analyses and strategic management. The participants are mastering the skills critical for identifying problems, finding different solutions, and strategic decision-making.

“Strategy is a core of any business and our business courses. Business is said to borrow strategies from the military. On one hand, such a program is a challenge for us, but on the other hand, we can contribute a lot. We are offering you the aggregated global business experience,” Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM-Kyiv president said in her welcome speech.

Anastasia Mishkina, the acting head of the Ukraine-NATO PDP said: “Since last year we have focused on practical skills. Different delivery formats offer richer learning experiences and master new skills. You are seasoned professionals but learning is the best way to keep up with the new developments and see the other standpoints. We hope you will get the most of it.”
