LEADERSHIP STRATEGIC THINKING: CHANGES, RISKS AND FOCUS

09 February 2022

Oleksandr Sudarkin, MIM-Kyiv MBA and Pre-MBA “M&L” programs director and business coach with more than 15 years of experience held the online facilitation session for more than 50 participants.

Oleksandr used the Horizon of Expectation approach. He used sailing as a metaphor because navigating the current uncertain global environment is very similar to sailing on high seas. The participants worked together to learn how leaders can involve their teams in strategic planning, account for the risks, and map routes.

The group was divided into four large groups. Here are the outcomes of their work.
