28 new Pre-MBA M&L students started their studies online. Successful career developments of the program graduates were called the best recommendation for the program.

“Our program is nothing like a recipe book. We are not in the business of one-size-fits-all business. We are embarking on a journey of searching for information, analyzing it, and developing managerial decisions that vary depending on the circumstances. The quality of managerial decisions is often the result of critical thinking. Dealing with people is another crucial skill. Our M&L program is instrumental in the development of soft skills. They may seem very trivial but in fact, they are not easy to master and apply. But people’s skills make or break your managerial success,” Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM-Kyivs president said in her welcome speech.

The six-month-long M&L program is very practically oriented, and features both Ukrainian and international experience, includes such computer simulations as Everest, and is delivered by faculty with vast managerial experience.
