MIM launched the new pre-MBA program tailored to meet the needs of the HarvEast, one of the biggest Ukrainian agriholdings. It is yet another case of cooperation with one of the strategic drivers of the economic growth of Ukraine.

The program is aimed at the development of the company’s leadership. Therefore, the curriculum is mostly focused on “soft” courses such as management, managerial phycology, and organizational behavior. “Our task is to help potential executives to master the leadership trade,” Dr. Oleksiy Vynogradov, MIM’s VP said.
