IM alumni visited Salateria restaurant and discussed the recipe of success for the restaurant business with Mr. Oleksandr Savilov, co-founder of the Salateria restaurant chain and Mr. Maksym Pruchai, business development director for the chain.

During the visit and tour of facilities, MIM people discussed the returns on investment for Kyiv’s restaurants and business processes, scaling and franchising, innovative management approaches and delivery service logistics.

The company visit was organized by the First School of Franchising and Franchise Group. Both companies provide consulting to SMEs.
