On December 14, She Congress was held. It is one of the most important events for women – leaders. More than 100 participants attended the Congress in person, and nearly ten thousand participated online. MIM-Kyiv was information partner of the event. 

The Inflection Point has become of the main theme of this year Congress. Top-managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals discussed how they battled gender stereotypes and build their careers on their own terms. Victoria Pokatis, WoMo editor-in-chief and SHE Congress producer and Hanna Panova, anchorperson of the Ukraina TV channel moderated the event. 

Personal brand development, balancing family responsibilities and career progression, gender policies, running businesses dominated by men, female leadership, and the impact of successful women-managers, entrepreneurs and professionals  as role models were discussed during the congress.
