MIM-KYIV FALL SEASON 20222 – 2023 KICKED OFF WITH THREE NEW PRE-MBA PROGRAMS

26 October 2022

Ukrainians strive for excellence and professional development against all challenges of wartime. Three new intakes started their Pre-MBA programs Business, Management and Leadership, and Business Analysis. The programs' new design is the response to the most current challenges.

All three programs share core courses and electives reflecting specialization. Prof. Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM-Kyiv president, said that it is easy to predict which industries would drive economic restoration based on students’ industry representation because education is about the future.

- Life is changing. The pace of changes has accelerated now. Nowadays, managers need both soft skills related to communications and hard skills such as big data analysis or making fast decisions under stress and with limited resources. Critical thinking is crucial for identifying priorities and making the right decisions. Managerial skills are important for implementing decisions. The time when we could get the degree once and forever has gone. We are teaching you to provide more instruments and opportunities for the future, Iryna Tykhomyrova said in her welcome.

This time there are many representatives of the IT sector, pharma, and banking and auditing, in particular, managers from the “Big Four” in the class. We have a substantial number of representatives of NGOs and charitable organizations in the intake as well. We wish successful studies to all our new students.
