Pre-MBA Business+Finance Management, yet another hybrid program is launched to meet the new mrket requirements. It is a 9-month-long program that helps entrepreneurs and managers to master managerial skills and provides a deep understanding of financial function.

Prof. Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM-Kyiv president, mentioned in her online welcome that finance is similar to a circulatory system of business. That’s why the combination is only natural. She said: “Our new program manifests hope. After our victory, we will need many talented and well-educated Ukrainians ready to restore the country and competent enough to do so. Our faculty stays with us. They have upgraded their courses to meet the wartime requirements. In particular, they have introduced the latest real-life examples.”

Oleksiy Vynogradov, the program co-director (Business) mentioned that the living cases from the program participants will be an important part of the program. Management Game simulation will help to integrate the knowledge and skills in finance, marketing, operational, and manufacturing functions.

Volodymyr Danko, the program co-director (Finance) explained the rationale behind the Financial Management part of the program. In particular, special attention will be paid to selecting the wartime funding sources.

Both Pre-MBA MM2 and Pre-MBA Business+Finance students will participate in the soft-skills courses to expand networking opportunities. At the end of the program, each program participant will draw up a business plan as a final program element.
