Managers from Donbasenergo, one of the national energy generating companies accomplished their 9-month long program at MIM-Kyiv. The program was tailored to meet the needs of the company.

The program consisted of the academic part and consulting projects aimed at solution of the existing problems. The projects’ results were presented to the committee consisting of the company’s top executives and MIM-Kyiv’s faculty.

“The new quality of the projects was very impressive,” said Ms. Natalia Pozdniakova, Donbasenergo HR Director. “On one hand you demonstrated deep understanding of the company’s processes and problems. On the other hand we saw people who were able to think out of the box and make those things happen. Moreover, we liked how people improved their presentation skills.”

Ms. Anatoly Volodin, one of the Donbasenergo graduates shared his impressions of the program, “The program was an eye-opener. We learnt about people and things we did not know to exist. We appreciate MIM’s faculty efforts in helping us to learn about those things and people.”
