Oleksandr Sudarkin, MIM-Kyiv’s professor of HR management and organizational development delivered the workshop on leadership and motivation to SUE Tajinvest management. He paid special attention to the differences in leading and motivating between the public and private sectors. It was yet another step towards the establishment of the national training center for business that MIM-Kyiv helps to establish. The project is supported by the GIZ.  

More than 30 Tajinvest top officials including Hurshed Mirzo, the first deputy of the agency’s chairman, Hurshedai Kodir and Zuhurzoda Said, the deputies of the chairman, and Jovakhirlal Muzaffari, the agency’s managing director took part in the workshop. They were mastering the art and science of encouraging the employees, balancing criticism and praise, and constructively providing critical feedback.
