MIM is Awarded 5 year AMBA & BGA Accreditation
14 September 2021
In June after two days of comprehensive reviewing of all MIM’s activities AMBA & BGA awarded the Institute with its five-year accreditation. It makes MIM the first Ukrainian business school that not only has its MBA suite of programs AMBA re-accredited but also received institutional BGA accreditation. The five-year-long accreditation is the longest obtainable. By receiving truly global accreditation MIM confirmed its position as the leading Ukrainian business school.
The peer-reviewers team especially mentioned the role of MIM in the Ukrainian society, its strong and confident response to COVID-19 challenges. In his speech after the review visit Luis Torras is an external consultant and a member of the International Accreditation Advisory Board for AMBA (Association of MBA’s) said: “MIM Business School approached the accreditation with the panel in an impressively transparent manner. The school benefits greatly from the inclusivity of its management team. MIM has responded to the challenges posed by both the COVID-19 pandemic and continued conflict in the east of Ukraine with agility and confidence. The institution is probably too humble and should highlight its initiatives, particularly with regard to the principles of BGA.”
By doing the high-profile international accreditations MIM instills the highest standards of business education, brings the latest developments in managerial thought into Ukraine, and thus promotes societal and economic development. For Ukrainian business, AMBA&BGA accreditation helps MIM to highlight the best practices of Ukrainian business, export educational services, and knowledge, and be ambassadors of Ukrainian business in the world.
