Study tour to the CEIBS in Shanghai, the best business school in Asia and #5 in the Financial Times ranking has complemented MIM-Kyiv’s traditional destinations in since 2019.  Currently, MIM-Kyiv’s MBA and SE MBA program participants can get the newest knowledge at the Carnegie Mellon University in the USA, Stellenbosch Business School and GIBS in South Africa, Thunderbird School of Global Management in Switzerland, and CEIBS in China.

Prof. Li Mingjun in his welcome speech noted that exchanging experiences is very important. He said that internationality was one of the key drivers of the CEIBS’s success. In his opinion, internationalization of business results in the internationalization of business education, that’s why presenting cases of Chinese companies acting globally were so important. He explained how the program would help better understand Chinese culture, current situation and trends as well as find opportunities for joint business projects. He concluded his welcome by talking about the prospects of CEIBS students coming to Kyiv.

Prof. Iryna Tykhomyrova said: “This cooperation is extremely important for us. CEIBS is following the principle of “China Essence – Global Significance” which is very important for Ukraine as well. Moreover, the Chinese economy is the second-largest worldwide. It is now highly innovative both product-wise and business models wise. That is why I strongly believe that cooperation with the CEIBS is critical for our program participants and the Ukrainian business.”
