In 2021, Maryna Kolosok, MBA 2012, defended her DBA dissertation “Managing Values: Bettering the System Through the Alignment of Stakeholders’ Interests”. The research was aimed at developing a methodology and practical recommendations for a system of business values management. The research findings were so important for practical use that the dissertation was soon followed by the monograph Managing Business Values Through the Alignment of Stakeholders` Interests.

“Practical recommendations on how to run a business based on the alignment of all stakeholders’ interests and thus securing maximization of business value for owners and stakeholders make the dissertation and the monograph invaluable,” Lina Khassan-Bek, Kolosok's academic supervisor, said.
