MIM-KYIV’S CORPORATE PARTNERS ARE IN FORBSE’S LIST OF THE BEST EMPLOYERS IN UKRAINE

Forbes Ukraine and Work.ua, the #1 job site in Ukraine conducted a joint survey to identify the best employers in Ukraine. MIM-Kyiv’s corporate partners or companies where MIM-Kyiv graduates hold key positions. 

Syngenta, the newcomer to the ranking is in third place. The company is working with students and graduates of agricultural universities and is running HR development programs. 20 Ukrainians were promoted in 2021 and are working all over the world. 

Kyivstar, the leading mobile provider is #6 for its quick adoption of the hybrid working. The company’s annual turnover grew by 15% regardless of the remote working. 

EPAM Systems is in 8th place. It is enhancing its presence in Ukraine. Last year they started offices and co-workings in several regional centers and hired 3000 experts due to the new recruitment procedure that allows interviewing a person and generating the offer in 24 hours. 

METRO Cash&Carry a well-known international retailer catering to HoReCa. 18 employees took the corporate program in MIM-Kyiv in 2020. The company invests in professional development. 

1+1 Media, ranked #11, pays special attention to leadership skills adaptation capabilities development. In 2021 the headcount grew by 6%. 

Media Group Ukraine is doing the corporate program for its managers at MIM-Kyiv. Their HR strategy is in training their people.

Such MIM-Kyiv’s partners as AB InBev EFES Ukraine, Fozzy Group, Raiffaisen Bank, Darnytsya pharmaceutical company, Privat Bank, and Alfa-Bank are on the list of the best as well

The companies were assessed against the following criteria: employees’ loyalty, remuneration package, working conditions, information transparency, development opportunities, and feeling security. Out of 50 ranking participants 38 has been on the list last year. Most of the employers are from the banking, IT, and FMCG sector.
