MIM-Kyiv launched the fifth program for the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) succession pool. The half-year program is tailored to meet the latest challenges.

- I would like to express my gratitude to the MBU. We appreciate your trust and are doing our best to meet your expectation to equip your managers which the competencies necessary for their current and future roles. I am also grateful to all the participants. I understand how difficult the situation is. Combining studies and work has never been easy. I am delighted to welcome all of you at MIM-Kyiv, Iryna Tykhomyrova, the President of MIM-Kyiv said in her opening speech.

She also mentioned that education is always about the future, especially during the war when planning is challenging. However, in her opinion, after the war, people will not be able to allocate time for studies because of the pace and demands of the economic restoration. Taking a program nowadays is a robust investment into the future developemnt of the country.

- I would like to welcome you as members of the management succession program. You are the crème of the crop and our future. MIM-Kyiv became our permanent educational partner. It is the best business school in Ukraine, Lubov Pysanna, HR Department director of the NBU said.

This program curriculum contains modules delivered by international faculty. It is important because Ukraine has intensified its interaction with international financial organizations.
