MIM Hosts Kaizen Workshop

On October 26 the workshop on Kaizen principles implementation was held in MIM. Mr. Kostyantyn Glazkov, the head of manufacturing for TIC and Mr. Olexiy Solohub, MAREVEN Food Ukraine, the Lean 6 Sigma expert and ITG Lean Leader were the main speakers at the event.
The workshop was based on the Ukrainian companies living cases. They proved that continuous improvement and unimpeded communications culture was a key to success. MIM alumni and friends participated in the event, enjoyed the workshop and networking.
