MIM-Kyiv wishes happy birthday and many happy returns of this day to Dr. Ichak Adizes, the leading expert in change management. His methodology enables corporations, governments, and other multilayered organizations to restructure without disastrous conflicts.

MIM-Kyiv has a long history with Dr. Adizes and his Institute. In 2014, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from MIM-Kyiv. Next year, the joint p[rogram on change management was launched. In 2018, Dr. Adizes’s “Mastering Change” book was released as part of the MIM Recommends book series. In 2019, MIM-Kyiv recognized Dr. Adizes as the “Thinker of the Decade”.
