Prof. Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM’s president was invited to sit on board of the Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA), an organization targeting the induction of the quality of management development in the Baltic region and beyond.

The BMDA is successfully bridging business schools from the Western and Eastern Europe by providing the platform for sharing their experiences of transformations, growth, and management. It is especially relevant for the so-called New Europe.

“We are already working on several new projects,” Prof. Tykhomyrova said. “The first one will be targeting new faculty for business schools and the second one will be about managers’ development. She is also very positive about the future of MIM’s collaboration with the organization.
