Dr. Iryna Tykhomyrova is the president of a leading business school in Ukraine. Under her leadership, MIM has become a regional educational hub and established itself as a platform for dialogue between business, civil society and government agencies. Since the Russian invasion in 2022, the business school continues its work in full, implementing international and pan-Ukrainian socially significant projects. Dr. Tykhomyrova is the Vice-President of BMDA (Baltic Management Development Associations), a member of the Board of Trustees of "Den" (National Newspaper Charitable Foundation), a member of the Board of Directors of Kulzcyk Foundation Polish-Ukrainian Sisterhood Program (Poland).
